Return&Exchange Policy

Here are return&exchange policy

● You may return or exchange the wig within 15 days after delivery.
● The wig must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and don't remove tags.
● Lace must be uncut and packaging intact.
● For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, washed, styled, or altered cannot be returned. Customized wigs are not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue.
