Return Process：

Step 1: Contact our WhatsApp customer service and provide clear photos and videos indicating that the goods are in original state.

Step 2: Rider will come and pick up the package

Step 3: After receiving the returned item, GHWIG's specialized inspection department will check the status of the package

Step 4: If the package in good condition and do not affect resales, GHWIG's finance department will refund you immediately, usually within one business day
